Interned for INCEF, an NGO which focuses on communications aspects of environmental and health issues in Central Africa. Produced educational curriculum pilot for zoos. After working in the Washington D.C. office, produced a promotional series on INCEF in Congo for the web and funders.

Combined photography and oral histories from East Cleveland to empower residents to tell their own stories. A final exhibition explored the geopolitical boundaries in post Civil Rights Movement America. Collaborated with Columbia University Oral History M.A., Phil Sandick.
Maru-a-Pula Exchange, Gaborone, Botswana

Created a viable exchange program between Hawken School in Cleveland, Ohio and Maru-a-Pula School in Gaborone, Botswana. Spent a semester as a fulltime student at Maru-a-Pula. The exchange is about to commence its fourth year.

Directed and produced a documentary as part of a 4th grade curriculum designed to connect kids in Tsumkwe, Namibia and at Hawken School, Cleveland, OH.

Arranged for two major conferences about the Kalahari Bushmen of Namibia, one of which two Bushmen attended. Raised over $5,000 in 2005. Organized international media attention. Researched film proposals.
